- Coordinate a project members of project operation & maintenance team to accomplish all the tasks related to project.
- Actively involved in all activities related to project including but not limited to alarms troubleshooting and rectification, faults troubleshooting and rectifications, preventive maintenance interventions, site cleaning, towers climbing and work on height, work with electrical circuits under voltage, etc.;
- Actively involved in all activities related to on-site data collection and reporting;

- Responsible for preventative maintenance (regular replacement of air & fuel fitters, engine oil, DG cleaning)
- Responsible for cooling site alarms, fixing DG faults and emergency refueling
- Providing necessary assistance to Team Leader on site

- The O&M Fuel Delivery Coordinator will ensure safe loading & unloading of fuel on Trucks for delivery to site.

- The O&M Fuel Delivery Coordinator will make a plan for telecom site refueling and delivery on site. Making refueling daily plan for all trucks.

- Checking fuel voucher and give approve to ACC to paid money,
Controlling refueling to all trucks/ Prepare refueling voucher to make reconciliation/ Prepare employed time sheet and make summary time sheet and approve.

- Making employed process for refueling team members.

- Ensure that all sites are clean and secured upon completion of activity.

- Work with customers (internal or external) to gather information regarding project scope and requirements,

- Work with the project team to address issues as they arise.

- Ensure the team has what is needed for each project milestones.

- Create project schedules with task durations and dependencies.

- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, reports from team members, work hours, budgets and expenditures.

- Documenting and following up of project execution stages till to acceptance stages.
