Job Descriptions:
Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of telecom equipment, spare parts, and materials.
Ensure proper handling and safe storage of sensitive telecom hardware and accessories.
Implement and monitor warehouse procedures (SOPs) to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and security.
Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training.
Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and system updates.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Optimize warehouse layout to improve space utilization and workflow efficiency.
Monitor warehouse KPIs (stock accuracy, order fulfillment rate, turnaround time).
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and regulatory standards.
Manage warehouse budget, costs, and resources effectively.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
4–6 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, preferably in telecom, electronics, or related industry.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and ERP/WMS systems.
Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
