Job Descriptions

– Plan and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.

– Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

– Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

– Prepare project status reports and present updates to management.

– Ensure projects comply with company policies, quality standards, and client requirements.

– Maintain organized project documentation and records

– Support in budget preparation and tracking project expenses.

– Assist in post-project evaluations to identify improvements for future initiatives.

Job Requirements

– Any Bachelor’s degree. Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. More prefer MBA holder.

– 3–4 years of experience in project coordination or management.

– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

– Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.

– Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.

– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
