Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and status updates.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely task completion.
Prepare and distribute project-related communications.
Track project expenses and support procurement or resource needs.
Identify risks and work with the Project Manager to implement solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in project coordination or administration (industry-specific experience is a plus).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
