– Work with customers (internal or external) to gather information regarding project scope and requirements,
– Work with the project team to address issues as they arise.
– Ensure the team has what is needed for each project milestones.
– Create project schedules with task durations and dependencies.
– Maintaining and monitoring project plans, reports from team members, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
– Documenting and following up of project execution stages till to acceptance stages.
