– Responsible for Coordinate all technical solutions produced by the teams are reliable and in line with Company standards.

– Coordinate to maintain the O&M Monitoring Systems

– Fault handing and escalation (identifying and responding to faults on NOC systems as per SLA)

– Liaising with Customer, handling escalation through to resolution.

– Coordinate to Development of knowledge and skills in network and system administration, particularly with regard of NOC platforms.

– Data analysis and report.

– Coordinate in human resources / material management.

– Coordinate to Implement the objectives given by the management.
