Job Descriptions

-Ensure that stores are stocked with the right types and quantities of products at the right time.

-Work and communicate with the warehouse team, inventory control team, and sales team.

-Monitor store inventory based on sales and intake.

-Recommendation for monthly Promotion with seasonal products.

-Forecasting sales and profits, and planning budgets.

-Weekly replenishment to stores & deposit counters.

-Collaboration with supply chain & Logistics team for FDA application.

-VM Order & VM merchandising (Ensuring that merchandise is displayed appropriately with proper signage and favorable shelf placement.).

-Monitoring slow-moving items and ensuring that best-sellers meet their full potential.

-Couching new merchandisers to conduct their merchandising tasks.

-Execute merchandising strategy & deliver the process to juniors to conduct their tasks.

-Monitoring and analyzing Digital and E-commerce sales data & operation processes.

-Initiate, and organize the team to execute some merchandising processes to finish on time.

Job Requirements

-Any bachelor’s degree holder

-Minimum 2 years experience in merchandising or other related fields

-Love to calculate the number & Strong logical thinking 

-Strong Analytical Skills & Microsoft Skills (Advanced Excel level prefer)

-Good at forecasting and paying attention to new and upcoming beauty trends/Fashion trends

-Good negotiating and influencing skills

-Ability to multi-task whilst working under pressure

-Ability to delegate; teamwork, motivational skills

-Good verbal and written communication and English skills.
