Job Description

Monitoring computer systems for malfunctions and errors.

Performing maintenance and updates on hardware and software systems as needed.

Implementing repairs and updates based on diagnostic assessments.

Keeping abreast of the latest developments in hardware, software and diagnostic techniques.

Design and testing of new enhancements / integrations / reports for application systems.

Other duties assigned by HOD.

Requirements

Any Graduate, Preferred IT/Computer Science equivalent preferred.

Minimum one year of experience in IT field

Sound knowledge of IT hardware including computers, servers, and other peripherals.

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.
