General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily logistics operations across transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
Develop and execute strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Manage budgets, P&L, and operational KPIs to ensure profitability.
Lead, coach, and develop department managers and operational teams.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business expansion and client needs.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
8–12 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, with at least 5 years in senior management.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience managing large-scale logistics operations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
