Job Descriptions
✅ Manage daily fleet operations, vehicle allocation & route planning
✅ Monitor dispatch, fuel usage, fleet utilization & delivery timelines
✅ Oversee maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
✅ Lead and supervise drivers; monitor performance via GPS/FMS
✅ Ensure legal compliance (insurance, licensing, transport regulations)
✅ Control fleet-related costs and optimize operational efficiency
✅ Handle incident reporting, accident investigations & safety initiatives
✅ Coordinate with vendors, fuel suppliers & service partners
✅ Prepare performance reports (fuel cost/km, downtime, delivery rates)

Job Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport Management, Engineering or related field
✔ 3–5 years of experience in fleet/logistics/transport management
✔ Strong knowledge of delivery operations, driver supervision & route optimization
✔ Hands-on experience with GPS/Fleet Management Systems
✔ Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
✔ Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced logistics environments
