Executive Secretary
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or any related field; a Diploma in Secretarial and Office Management is preferred.
-Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar administrative or executive support role.
-Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
-Ability to work independently, handle confidential information, and function effectively under pressure.Provide high-level administrative support to management and the Executive Assistant.
-Draft letters, memos, invoices, reports, and various business documents with accuracy and professionalism.
-Arrange domestic and international travel and accommodations for management.
-Schedule, attend, and take minutes at meetings with management and EA.
-Prepare, format, and edit reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
-Manage incoming communications, review and prioritize content, and ensure timely distribution.
-Maintain organized records and ensure smooth clerical operations within the executive office. Perform additional duties as assigned by management and EA.
