Assistant Officer Position
Assist in preparing correspondences, communications and other programme documents such as translation, publishing and distribution service.
Responsible for all logistics related to event, training, workshops and conferences e.g. booking of venue, ticket, transport, meals, and other supplies.
Collect and analyze rental fees and cost data of housing, apartment, as needed
Update the information on billboard
Arrange ID card, Business Card, Uniform, etc.
Coordinate with logistics/finance department in preparing lease agreement, contracts for office/residence maintenance, repair and renovation.
Ensure ready stock of office supplies is available and that office equipment are functioning properly.
Oversee meeting room usage and arrange booking.
Ensure that all the electricity and other bills and payments are settled in time.
Check overall office facilities are well maintained, such as electricity, water supply, etc.
Run the daily office work and supervise support staffs ; office cleaners and Maid, Guards
Liaise with relevant authorities for smooth program activities
Arrange Medical checkup for incoming staff and keep proper record
Any other responsibilities as requested by Admin, HR responsible person and management
Assist Admin/HR Officer in all administrative and human resources tasks (filing, record Leave request, Handover, etc)
Flexibly perform other activities required according to situation.
