Hospital Management for Care Manager

Amazingly HR Club has successfully taught the Care Manager of Hospital Management course according to the international curriculum as an Empowerment program for the employees of Hsar Doh Wah Hospital.

The role of the Care Manager in a healthcare industry or specialist hospital heavily depends on, in addition to his responsibilities, a Care Manager needs to have the necessary skills and qualities to excel in the business.

In addition to the responsibilities of a Care Manager for management level employees at Hsar Doh Wah Hospital. Leadership skills, Communication skills, People Management skills, Performances Management Skills and marketing strategy Job base skills such as Client Assessment, Care Planning and Coordination along with legal framework & policy procedures, Advocacy, Care Team Coordination, Monitoring and Evaluation was taught through clinical practice, and the participants attended and taught with full satisfaction and success.

ACM service workshop

We just wrapped up a busy week in the ACM Office, where key ACM members, Amazingly HR Club Management, and Top Management of ACM took part in our annual strategic meeting and established the KPI. Workshops and direct conversations on strategic issues and KPIs review, including group vision and strategy, operational leadership, and technology, occupied this full week. Our ultimate goal was to achieve excellence in our sustainable business development objectives as the best stroke rehab service in the healthcare industry by coordinating efforts across high levels of ACM.

2024 first HR Network-High Tea Talk

First and foremost, we specially appreciate to each of the HR Participator who joined our first 2024 HR Network – High Tea Talk. At once, we would like to share some of the discussion notes on the challenging topic of “Business value drivers for a talent acquisition”.

1. Employers want HR to perform well in order to make acquisition of the A class level talent that can improve the quality and productivity of the workforce under the current condition.
