Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily fleet operations to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Plan, assign, and monitor drivers’ routes, schedules, and workloads.
Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs.
Ensure fleet compliance with safety, traffic, and government regulations.
Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
Maintain accurate fleet records (vehicle registration, insurance, maintenance logs).
Train and guide drivers on safety protocols, company policies, and customer service.
Investigate and report accidents, breakdowns, or delays.
Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to optimize delivery efficiency.
Analyze fleet performance and recommend cost-saving or efficiency improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience (3+ years) in fleet supervision/transportation/logistics.
Strong knowledge of vehicle operations, maintenance, and regulations.
Leadership and team management skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with fleet management software is a plus.
Good communication and organizational skills.
