Job Description,
-Collect, clean, and analyze logistics and operational data (first-mile, middle-mile, last-mile, warehouse, delivery performance).
-Develop dashboards and performance reports to track KPIs (on-time delivery, cost per parcel, fleet utilization, order accuracy, etc.).
-Monitor trends, identify bottlenecks, and recommend data-driven improvements in supply chain operations.
-Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and customer experience teams to optimize delivery routes, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
-Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across logistics systems (TMS, WMS, OMS).
-Provide ad-hoc data insights to support management in strategic planning and decision-making.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
-Proven experience in data analysis within logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain industry.
-Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
-Knowledge of Python or R for logistics data modeling is a plus.
-Strong problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
-Good communication skills to work with both technical and operational teams.
