– Responsible for all technical solutions produced by the teams are reliable and in line with Company standards
– Manage and maintain the O & M Monitoring Systems
– Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to faults on NOC systems as per SLA)
– Liaising with Customer, handling escalation through to resolution
– Facilities maintenance (monitoring and management of diesel generators)
– Development of knowledge and skills in network and system administration, particularly with regard of NOC platforms.
– Data analysis and reports
– Team assignments and management
– Field force control
– Participate in a 24×7 call-out rotate if required.
– Making sure to have a good relation with vendors while working on technical errors
– Ensure good cooperation with NOC for team arrangement to sites for site alarms
– Manage knowledge sharing and mentoring programs for the teams
– Involve in human resources / material management
– Implement the objectives given by the management
